Iceland’s dreamlike everyday life - Photographs by Tina Bauer
On the occasion of the Bookfair in Frankfurt 2011 the German print and photo journalist Tina Bauer has published her book "One year in Iceland. A journey to everyday life“ in German (publishing house: Herder). The App "Iceland’s dreamlike everyday life“ gives the users a visual impression of the described events. It shows impressive photographies by Tina Bauer about Icelands everyday life which is certainly not "everyday“ to us. Thus the journalist is using the iPad as interactive platform to show Iceland’s life between hotpots, elves and vulcanoes.
