Fed up with spending a while searching for available on-street car park location in Paris downtown or in the vicinity?
ParisStationn© is a collaborative application based on a free webservice to help users find out on-street park location, especially in capital cities downtown.
ParisStationn© is the 1st application being totally independant from ground based beacon or information system and works as a standalone colloborative service.
The underlying webservice broadcasts to users geolocation, kind and different characteristics related to on-street park locations in an immediate vicinity of the user's current location.
Therefore the use of ParisStationn© and its related services is possible everywhere in the entire World!
Main Functionalities:
-Display of available on-street park location « recently » tagged as free by users (the « age » of the location markers depends on different parameters such as the city, the season, the weekday, time...),
-Tag notification of available on-street park location, including handicapped person and delivery dedicated locations,
- « Start&Stop » button enables to successively tag the actual location of your car park (thus helping you to find it back later on) and to send to the service a tag notification of your leaving out,
-Display of the itinerary to get to a given location, either in DRIVING or WALKING mode, depending on your choice, to enable any passenger to get in a hurry to the place by feet for instance.
(note: center the screen on this location before triggering « GoTo » action).
-Management of park locations dedicated to handicapped person and deliveries.
