Slow down the tempo of your music to max 50% of the original, then you can chop it (skip forward about an eighth note) and add different effects such as flanger and noise.

The technique used in Hip Hop Remixes, born in Houston, America in the nineties, to slow down the tempo of a track by decreasing the rotation speed of the record makes you feel a fun sense of floating.
