Care providers can now access Medecision Patient Clinical Summaries at the point of decision through an ever-increasing range of delivery options, including InFrame mobile applications.

With the Medecision Patient Clinical Summary — a clinically validated electronic health record — care providers have at their fingertips a summarized overview of an individual's medical history, including: a medication list, conditions list, admissions history, an emergency room visit history, gaps in care and a list of recently-received services. MEDecision’s Nexalign service compiles a member's current and historical medical data from multiple sources. Analytics built on evidence-based medicine and best practices are applied to this information to create care plans and highlight treatment opportunities.
This actionable insight is then delivered to care providers as a secure mobile application through InFrame.
