iKinase
iKinase provides sample structure activity data from Eidogen-Sertanty's Kinase Knowledgebase (KKB). The KKB is a small molecule activity database that is curated from patents and peer-reviewed publications by an experienced team of PhD chemists and biologists.
Within iKinase, a user can search for Kinase targets by standardized names, identify top-active molecules for each target, and drill-down into more detail.
iKinase requires an internet connection which enables database searching into Eidogen-Sertanty's KKB content.
