Of course the function only works, if network is available and you are using an iPhone 3g, 3gs with OS 4.0 or an iPhone 4g. The GPS feature only works, if a GPS signal,network is available (no warranty for correctness !)

!! Dialing works without sim card, or also with locked sim card too !!!! SOS SMS does not work without sim card or locked sim card !!

This app is using the corelocation function for only getting gps position and data in case of emergency !! It does not collect any GPS user data !!
