MyTime is a simple and effective way to keep track of the time you spend on the Internet (and the computer). Developed by TimeManagement.com, MyTime monitoring software can help document "your time" to accurately track what you are really doing on the computer each day...
MyTime is extremely simple to use, is unobtrusive and easy on your processor. Once started it runs automatically (and silently) in the background. You can also choose to have it start at Login - when you're computer starts and it will record every minute of your time on the computer.
When running, applications usage and time spent browsing the Internet is captured and documented in the MyTime App (see screenshots below). Usage is displayed for Today, the Last 7 Days, Last 30 days (or for whatever date range you choose).
All data can be easily exported to a CSV file which can be easily opened using Office software.
