Still life is the first ring in your professional photography workflow, a native mac application for tethered shooting, live preview, automatic photo download.

With Still life you can remotely control all the features of your digital single lens reflex camera connecting it to your Mac via a standard USB cable. Full screen preview and keyboard shortcuts help you to get the best out of your in-studio shootings. The minimalistic user interface lets you focus on your creative work while providing the best control on the camera. Automatic photo downloads capability lets you send your photos to your post processing application as you shoot.

As of today, Still life only works with Canon EOS DSLRs produced after 2008:

Canon EOS DSLRs produced before 2008 may also work, but they are not supported.
