Note Repeater
The Note Repeater is an application which will bring several beat making functions to any drum pad or midi controller keyboard. Among the functions of the application you will have:
- 2 Note repeat functions(Clock QT and Clock)
- a Drum pad slave function
- a Chord function
- a Roll function
- a Flam function
- a polyphonic/monophonic function
If you have ever used a classic drum machine from the 80’s and 90’s (EMU SP1200 AKAI MPC ,Linn drums etc…) you're probably missing their drum roll or Note Repeat function.
For those who have not had the chance to play with these classics machines, the Note Repeat function allowed the user to perform drum rolls in time with the sequence at a press of a button. You could change the speed of the roll by changing subdivisions And also change the velocity for the performed rolls. Unfortunately this function was abandoned by the new DAWs at the turn of the century.
The Note Repeater bring you this function and much more to any DAW which can be synced with midi clock as master (Ableton, Cubase , logic, Protools, Reason etc…). Perform rolls with any Midi controller keyboard, dynamically change the velocity, adjust SWING, speed, gate all in real time while listening the variation. Use it to perform with your chopped samples, drum, synth or bass. Every performance control can be mapped to your midi controller of choice to play the Note Repeater like an instrument.
The Note Repeater is not only about the Note Repeat function. In combination with a drum pad, it allows you to break free from the limitation of the amount of banks or pad that your controller may have in order to play any key on your instrument from the highest octave to the lowest octave(all 88keys).
With the Note Repeater you will also be able to play chord, perform flam and fast realistic drum rolls instead of machine gun rolls with your drum pad or midi controller keyboard of your choice.

What's new
-Clock correction button added: Enable it if you're having problem using fully the CLOCK and CLOCK QT mode (with some version of logic pro 9 for example).
-QT Offset knob added: If needed use this knob to further calibrate the Note Repeater Clock QT mode to your DAW. Press play on your Daw, activate ClockQT mode, then turn the knob slowly to the right until the notes align themselves to the grid.
