This application will help you to calculate your daily or weekly Calorie balance(budget).
Hit select food category > select food item pop-up button>scroll through food items table and select food item>add the food item to the food items list.Any number of food items can be added to the list.
Hit select activity category > select activity pop-up button>scroll through activities table and select activity>enter duration of the selected activity>add the activity to the activities list.Any number of activities can be added to the list.
Enter your personal details like weight,height,Age etc.
Hit calorie balance button to find the calorie balance.A negative value indicates you are going to loose weight.A positive value indicates you are going to gain weight.
Calories Burnt or Calories intake(food calories) can be calculated separately. To Calculate Calories burnt during an activity(or activities),leave the list of selected food items empty and vice versa.

To Remove a selected food item/an activity from the corresponding list , select the item and hit, 'Remove Selected Item' Button located adjacent to the concerned list.
