Iconizator
Iconizator is a document-based app that searches for PNG files within a root folder, allows assignment of replacing images and publishes changes.
You can save your work and re-run the publishing providing that names and paths remain the same.
It is particularly useful for developers who have complex projects with a lot of icons made by a third party graphic designers.
