Check In Desk
Check In Desk is a way for organizations to keep track of attendance and increase security.
You can check in guests where you just enter the parent's name and the child's name, check them in, a name tag will be printed for the child, and a bar code will be printed for the parent to use to pick up their child.
Or you can register return guests to have their information already in the system and use preprinted bar codes, such as a key tag with your organizations logo on the front and a bar code on the back. There is a free version available called "Check In Desk Lite" if you want to try out it's features for free. However
the free version will not save any info for more than 30 days.
We recommend Dymo label printers for the name tag printing, although other label printers should work.
