I visited Sri Lanka recently, and was impressed by their cuisine and culture. They use lots of rice, coconut, vegetables and fruits in a way which is beyond our imagination. On my visit I learned a few recipes which I had at a few places and like to share the same with my readers.

There are lots and lots of recipe books available in the market, but still you won’t find book on Sri Lankan cuisine. This book is the answer for your search. I have tried to make a small but very useful collection of recipes which compiles of salad, main course, curries, dry preparation and even a dessert.
