Take a closer look at the masterpieces of haute cuisine that have caused a stir over last 12 months. Then take a seat in one of the historic airplanes and helicopters in the Flying Bulls fleet. Accompany the “legends of the air”, such as the Chance Vought F4U-4 Corsair or the Lockheed P-38 via video, take off with an Alpha Jet or glance down at the Alps from the cockpit of a Bell Cobra TA H-1F.

Under the leadership of Executive Chef Martin Klein and the patronage of Eckart Witzigmann the monthly guest chef concept is realized with a young, highly motivated team
consisting of the two chef de cuisines Jörg Bruch and Tommy Eder-Dananic, head pâtissier Dominik Fitz and the service manager Matthias Berger as well as restaurant manager Florian Kempinger.
The 30-strong kitchen team and 20-strong service team share an unbridled passion for cooking.
