Summers are back and what else can you think of other then cool drinks, cold desserts, Puddings, milk shakes, juices. The best from all the mentioned delicacies are puddings - my favourite summer dish.
As the time is moving fast so is the variety of puddings have multi folded. Today they are available as fresh fruit, dry fruit, bread, cake, biscuit and lots more variety. People relish plain puddings as well as puddings with different concoctions to come with a delightful surprise. In many countries the taste go beyond heaven as they use exotic wines and syrups made with high quality fruits and malts after years of preserving to get that taste.
Puddings are often named as soufflés, smoothies, collar delights and the names can be beyond imagination. Here I have tried to present few different ways to make easy puddings using basic ingredients, easily available in the house and market. Most of them are quick to make and can surprise guests with beautiful garnishing. Though puddings are high in calorie, I have tried to furnish recipes which are comparatively low in calorie and rich in other nutrients which are normally absent in the versions available in the market
