Living Well with Living Compass: A Whole New Approach to Personal and Family Wellness
Living Well with Living Compass expands the focus of wellness by helping people to be well with all their heart, soul, strength, and mind. Begin with the Living Compass Self- Assessment tool to assess your current life balance in the following eight areas: Stress Resiliency, Spirituality, Rest & Play, Care for the Body, Relationships, Handling Emotions, Organization, and Vocation.
This app will then help you to set and achieve Wellness Action Steps related to each of these eight areas of wholeness and wellness. You will be able to track your progress on your Wellness Action Steps and then share your success with both your private and public cheering sections. You will also find a variety of resources here on each of these eight areas of wellness and wholeness, as well as opportunities to join public discussions where you can inspire others with what has helped you create and maintain wellness and wholeness in your life.
