About The Author:
Jonti Marks was born in London in April, 1961. He spent much of his childhood and youth in Kenya and worked there from 1989 to 1998. He is currently Head of Drama at a Preparatory school in Worcestershire.
Jonti first became interested in Freemasonry through reading about the subject. On learning first that his father-in-law and then his grandfather were Masons, he decided he knew enough about the Institution to want to become a member. He was Initiated into Lodge Harmony, 3084 E.C. in September 1990 and was made a Master Mason exactly a year later. In December of 1991 he joined Lodge Scotia, 1008 S.C., having conceived a love of the Scottish ritual.
Jonti is married to Viv and they have three children, Malaika, Jesse and Sami-Jo.
