*Love - `Freedom and love go together...to love is not to ask anything in return...not even to feel you are giving something- and it is only such love that can know freedom.`

*Wisdom - `To understand oneself is the beginning of wisdom.Wisdom does not lie in books,nor in experience...it comes to a mind that is understanding itself, understanding how thought is born.

Dr. Kalidas Joshi is the former Head of the Department of Yogic Studies, University of Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, and has been intimately associated with the teachings of J. Krishnamurti for the last 50 years.  

A widely travelled, well-known author on Yoga and Nature Cure in English, Hindi and Marathi, especially their scientific aspects, since retirement in 1989 he has devoted time to removing hurdles in the common people`s understanding of J. Krishnamurti`s teachings.
