Don't make your wife nag you.....there's an app for that!
This app assists in behavior modification, with respect to behaviors that are difficult to alter by tracking and trending, or once a day reminders. For example if I want to start 'putting down the toilet seat', I may need to be asked 20 times a day until I do it.
This app also avoids all of the app maintenance and busyiness that detracts from the goal, as you do not need to track or trend your progress, or erase reminders after completing your new behavior each day,etc. There is no fluff or overwhelming data or options or features, the app is simple and the goal is simple.
Practice the behavior you want to make a habit for 30 consecutive days, and it will become a habit. This app will make sure you don't forget to practice that behavior, as our phones tend to be more consistently accessible than our wives.
