The whole earth, in your pocket! OK, maybe not quite, but Earth Envi gives you access to some of the most amazing Web-based space photos of our home planet that you'll ever see. It's a great way to gain a unique understanding of our world and what's happening on it, as it's happening.

From classic photos taken by the early Apollo missions, to satellite, shuttle and space station photos taken just yesterday, Earth Envi displays Web-based images of "the blue marble" the way you would expect on the iPhone: full screen, with multi-touch controls, in automated slide shows or scrolling image arrays. Storms, fire, drought, volcanoes, the latest images of the day from space. A decade's worth of photos and articles from the Earth Observatory. Views of, literally, every part of the globe. Plus monthly climate maps and other images showing how things have been changing recently.
