So much so, that we look after probably the largest share of the local rental market, ranging from studio flats, to luxury apartments to executive family houses. Our business is service driven and we have invested heavily in pre- and post- letting support training our staff to a higher level than most other agents. With our App you can search for properties across Woking, West Byfleet and all surrounding villages. Our local, friendly team can then show you the properties that most suit your requirements and help you find your next home.

County Property Management is a fully bonded member of the Association or Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) which means not only are we a professional organisation who adheres to all of the legislative requirements of letting property, but we also take customer service very seriously. We deal with quality properties and quality tenants - it's the perfect match.

How to get the most out of the County Property Management App.

County Property Management have developed this App for free use on your iPhone by way of helping you find your next rental property.

With the County Property Management App you can:

1. Search for available properties based on your specific requirements by price, property type and location
2. Receive instant notifications of new instructions and price reductions
3. Request viewings of the properties you like
4. Receive full GPS directions on the iPhone to any of the properties
5. Request a rental valuation or your own property
6. Phone your nearest branch
7. Email your nearest branch
8. Calculate your rental affordability

Your iPhone has GPS built in and our App takes advantage of this combined with Mapping to effortlessly show you where properties are that you may want to view, and how to get to them from wherever you are right now.

The App is connected to our database of properties and is therefore always up to date with our instructions. Use the Search facility to find properties that meet your needs and use the App to communicate direct with us.

We have the ability to send Notifications direct to you via the App. This could for example be a notification about a special promotion we are running, a new instruction, a price reduction. These are valuable tools for you but you can choose to turn them on and off yourself by going to Settings in your iPhone or iPod Touch and turning Notifications for the App on or off.

Because it is GPS enabled you could be outside a property and the App will find you. You can then send an email immediately, (even with a photo of the property), to the agent from the App asking them to arrange a viewing, call you about it, or even provide feedback such as that it's not what you are looking for.
