What's new

1. Revamped the Plan section allowing for a user's information and plan to be saved within the application

2. Added over 100 new food items and exercises

3. Added the ability to create multiple plans (including an auto-recommended plan) and save them under different names such as "Holiday" and 'Summer"

4. Added a direct feedback button in the application so that you can directly reach us for any application issues

5. Improved the application functionality and fixed several minor bugs
