UKPoints calculates a score for food, given it's nutritional information, and tracks food consumption and activity over time. It's useful for those following the new or old WW schemes, and a number of others.
The Calculator feeds directly into the Tracker, logging a calculation with two touches (one to log and one to confirm). Foods and activities can be added to the Tracker at any time - and logged against any day. If there are any foods or activities you use regularly you can add them to a Favourites list, for rapid future logging.
It has built in schemes to base these scores on calorie and fat content (commonly used in the UK until late 2010); and on protein, fibre, calorie and fat content (commonly used in the UK and worldwide since then). Other weight loss schemes are also available for free download within the app.
There is no data lock in. Tracker data can be easily exported via email.
This is a tool for those wanting to lose or maintain weight as part of an organised weight loss or healthy living programme.
