ABOUT TAI CHI
Tai Chi is one of the important concepts in Chinese traditional philosophy that refers to original universe state, in which everything is generated in chaos. Chinese traditional martial is affected by Tai chi widely. Tai Chi Quan, Tai Chi sword, Tai Chi fan are derived from Chinese traditional martial with the concept. This kind of martial and sport are also called as “Tai Chi”.

In Tai Chi, every movement and style are smooth and soft, for both its defence training and its health benefits. It is quiet, comfortable, slow, orderly and rhythmical, like water flowing and clouds floating. You can feel musical rhythmic and philosophy intension when you do the nature and grace sport with nice gesture and artistic conceptions.

Researchers have found that intensive Tai Chi practice shows some favourable effects on the promotion of balance control, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, and has shown to reduce the risk of falls in both healthy elderly patients Tai Chi 's gentle, low impact movements burn more calories than surfing and downhill skiing.

Once you have made the purchase via iTunes, you can delete the “in app” purchase and reinstall it without any additional costs.
Currently due to iTunes restrictions “in apps” downloads have to be downloaded while the App is open. Once you click the “Home” button and the App goes into the background the “in app” download will stop downloading from our server.
We strongly suggest using Wi-Fi to download the content and not 3G as the content is large and will take sometime.
