* Timed exercises: You can choose whether each set is timed, or a fixed number of reps. Timed exercises will automatically advance to the next set.
* 12 new exercises, including 4 different types of planks!
* All-new animations: we've painstakingly create animations of all 30 exercises, which show you exactly how to perform each exercise.
* Exercise announcements. You can now enable announcing of each exercise, which is super useful for timed exercises.
