1. Home - Methods to help you fall asleep! Sleep Disorder information, General Sleep information.

2. Quiz - Take a big quiz on sleep! How much do you know? This quiz should help you figure out better methods for falling asleep.

3. SOUNDS - features a bunch of soothing sleep soundtracks (that last about an hour each)! Sounds such as: the amazon rain forest, beach, campfire, heavy rain, ocean waves, waterfall, and more!

* Some sounds do NOT need to be streamed! No need to buffer, just play and enjoy! Includes sound controls and more!

4. Social - share via email, via text, contact us, twitter, and leave a comment within the app for others to read and respond too! Includes social in-app favoriting, viewers, rating and profiles!

5. Includes a Notepad, Timer, and Record & Play function (record your own sounds!)

* Sleeping music still plays even after the iphone/ipod and ipad go to sleep (user suggested - thanks!)
