Counting sheep or backwards to ten have to be some of the most ridiculous sleeping and calming remedies we've ever heard of. What is proven to work is soothing, ambient sound. Easier said than done though, right? Unless you live by the ocean you can't enjoy the sounds of the beach. Unless you have a fireplace you can't enjoy the sizzle and crackling of a log fire. Where o' where can one find on demand ambient sounds like these that are perfect for any situation?
