The Pilates for Pregnancy application is broken into 3 different workouts that have been modified to meet the needs and limitations of each trimester. This application is a tremendous value, giving you all 3 workouts in 1 app! You will be asked to enter your due date. Pilates and Pregnancy – Complete opens up the appropriate workout, notes and to do lists for your trimester of pregnancy. You will go from a more rigorous workout in your 1st trimester, to modifying the exercises with an easy to build incline in your 2nd trimester, to focusing on relaxation, leg, butt and arm strength in your 3rd trimester.
Pilates for Pregnancy- Complete is more than an exercise application. It is also a pregnancy planner, photo album and journal with navigation buttons for Pictures, To do lists and Notes.
When you tap the Photo button and you can store scanned sonogram photos and pregnancy pictures. There are even some ideas of photos you may wish to take to create a pregnancy photo memory book.
Tap the To do button and see a list of tasks to take care of during each trimester. The To do list corresponds with the trimester of pregnancy you are in and will change as your trimesters progress. They are broken into daily and long-term goals. As you accomplish something on the list, tap on it and the item will get a check mark next to it. On daily goals the check mark will disappear the next day, otherwise it will remain checked off. You can even add you own items to this list.
Tap on the Notes button and a page will open up for you to take notes during a doctor’s appointment. Remember a question you want to ask or store test results. Some questions are already on the notes page to help guide you but you can easily add your own journal entries. For instance, you can keep track of nursery ideas or baby names as soon as you think of them. Use it for whatever you like!
This Pilates and Pregnancy -Complete application will be the only pregnancy application you will need! Each workout is designed to be safe and effective for each trimester of pregnancy. Please do not bypass the appropriate workout for your stage of pregnancy – even if you feel you can continue with an earlier trimester’s workout.
