If you're like most people, then you probably feel self-conscience or even embarrassed when you need to take your clothes of at the beach, doctor's office, or even for the "special someone" in your life, which is why you need to try our Naked Physique exercise program. This 45 minute, four times a week program is designed to work on your body parts that are usually covered by your clothes - your shoulders (deltoids), chest (pectoral), stomach (abs), rear (glutes), and thighs (quadriceps). This program is designed for men and women and will give you the confidence to shed your clothes when the time comes.

The exercises are explained in detail and demonstrated by our team of trainers and kinesiologists with pictures and videos demonstrating the proper form for each exercise.

As a testament to this program, our two female coaches who are demonstrating the exercises are both young mothers. Lacey gave birth 6 months prior to filming this app and Jen 4 months prior. Jen also demonstrated the exercises in our Pregnancy Fitness app that is on sale in the App Store.
