iPump Med Ball Core turns your home, office or gym floor into a full training studio. This program contains both total body and ab workouts as well as a partner workout that will help you gain strength and lose weight while also challenging your core and stability. The 4 workouts have 31 Male & Female exercise images, videos* & audio coaching that focus on all the major muscle groups using only a Medicine Ball.
TRACK & LOG
With our intuitive LOG interface all you have to do is enter your reps, sets and weight for each exercise. There's nothing easier or faster. Once you've completed a workout, all your tracking information gets automatically copied into your workout Log, ready for you to INSPIRE.
