IMA Timer
Internal Martial Arts Timer. Specify how many exercises you want to do and how long you want to train for. IMATimer will work out how long you should train for each exercise. Start the timer and it will sound each time you should move to your next exercise and once training time is finished the app will sound a gong.
Great for Tai Chi, Xing Yi, Bagua and all other martial arts. Also great if you have a Qi Gung sequence you want to train. Set the timer and forget about the clock so you can concentrate on the training. Of course you can use it for your other training like yoga or even for meditation to set yourself regular interval reminders to help re-focus the mind.
