WARNING: FIRST TIME MOMS MAY HATE THIS APP.........
WHY?.....
New parents are often hesitant to let their baby cry. This app reminds you, that you are a parent, not a pacifier. Your role is to teach your baby how to soothe herself and how to sleep independently. If your baby's "needs" have been met, you can feel good about letting her cry for 2-5 minutes in her crib when she is tired. Slowly she will learn.
Setting boundaries with kids is a life long parenting skill that results in raising confident, independent children.
BABY SLEEP RULES-
"Back to the basics" tips to guide you as you gently teach your baby how to nap in the day and still sleep well at night.
" Pediatrician approved sleep method"
" Best parenting app to hit the iphone!"
Sleeping all night doesn’t “just happen” like crawling and walking do. You must guide your baby daily on how and when to sleep.
It is your job as a parent to teach your baby how to fall asleep independently.
1. Learn the routine and create one for your baby.
2. Read the tips that help you teach your baby how and when to sleep.
iBaby also has a "baby cry" timer to remind you that it's ok to wait for 2-5 minutes while your baby cries and is actively learning how to soothe herself
WHY DO BABIES CRY SO MUCH????
To communicate to you the following:
* Hunger
* Discomfort
* Pain
* Boredom
* Overstimulation
* Sleepy
Let her cry... if all of her needs above are met, it is fine to let your baby cry to herself to sleep. The crying will stop when your baby learns to soothe herself.
