i Shake Diet
[How To Play]
"iShakeDiet" is an exercising application where you shake your iPone either top to bottom or side to side.
When playing this application, shake your device parallel to the display.
If in a wrong direction, the sensor will not work right.
There are three different shaking modes. Vertical, Horizontal and One Hand.
Choose the mode that best fits your requirements and exercise with the suggested posture.
Playmode can be selected from Time mode and Count mode.
Time mode is where you can exercise within the time you have selected.
Count mode is where it counts down from the number you have selected.
Data will be updated from the older ones. Maximum 5 datas will be saved.
Please turn on your sound to enjoy the sound while exercising.
Calories are calculated by estimation. Individual differences may appear on estimated calories.
While using the energy-saving mode, the sensor will react correctly if you cover the earpiece with your hand.
0.070〜0.080 is the recommended sensitivity for the shake sensor.
Please make sure not to overshake, and to give yourself plenty of room to exercise.
Make sure objects and people are out of the area so you don't accidently hit them while exercising.
