Did you know that your heart rate during exercise can affect the benefit you get from a workout? HeartRate is a program that lets you quickly and easily measure you heart rate and also track your workout intensity on your iPhone.
To use it simply find your pulse with one hand, and tap your iPhone screen a few times with the other hand, in time with your pulse. It instantly estimates your heart rate and displays it on the screen.
HeartRate also lets you enter your age and rest heart rate. It uses this information to estimate the intensity of your workout and the training zone you are in (e.g. fat burn/aerobic/anaerobic).
An invaluable tool for anyone working on their fitness, trying to lose weight, or improving their endurance.
