- Use the Logbook to input the foods you eat and the exercise you perform. The logbook will automatically total the nutrients and compare the totals to your goals.

- Large food and exercise databases. The database Includes more than 10,000 food items. Included in the database are food items from from hundreds of popular restaurants. Instantaneously search the food and exercise databases to find the items you are looking for.

- Input your own food and exercise items, the databases are completely customizable. Create your own Favorites folder for storing the foods you typically eat. Create your own custom meals from a list of selected food items.

- Track calories, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, total fat, and saturated fat.

- Select from hundreds of exercises and activities. Input the minutes you spend exercising and the application will automatically calculate the calories you burned while exercising.

- Use the Nutrient and Exercise Summary Tables to summarize each day and compare how well you did in comparison to your daily food budget.

- Use the new graphs to visually show your data over a period of one week or one month. Change the date to view any month you wish. The following graphs are now available:

- Input and track your blood pressure.

- Learn how to take body measurements. Input your body measurements and Diet & Exercise Assistant will automatically calculate your body fat. If you have a scale that measures body fat you can input this value instead.

- Use the Daily Journal for inputting notes. Most dietitians recommend keeping a daily journal in order for you to understand what emotions and situations lead you to over eating.

- Use the weight chart to track your diet. The chart compares your current weight to what is considered normal, overweight, or obese.

- Visit www.keyoe.com to download a copy of the Users Guide. The Users Guide is an excellent way to learn the features and visually see all screens.

What's new

- Support for both pounds-inches (US) and kilogram-centimeter (metric) units of measure.

- The new Nutrient Summary Table is a new table that lists and summarizes nutrient data for each day. You can toggle between calories, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, fat, and saturated fat.

- The new Exercise Summary Table is a new table that lists and summarizes exercise data for each day. The table shows the minutes spent exercising and the calories burned while exercising.

- The new Nutrient Graph, is a bar graph that shows the nutrient totals each day and compares the totals to your food budget goals. The graph can be shown on a weekly or monthly scale.

- The new Calorie per Meal Graph, is a bar graph that shows the number of calories you consumed during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack.

- The new Exercise Graph, is a bar graph that shows the total number of minutes you spent exercising and the total calories you burned while exercising.

- The new Blood Pressure Graph, is a bar graph that shows you blood pressure readings each day.

- The new Body Measurements and Body Fat Graphs, are bar graphs that show your body measurements and percent body fat each day.

- Instantaneous search of the food and exercise databases for specific items.

- Copy and paste of one or more food and exercise items. You can easily copy and paste an entire meal from one day to another by selecting multiple items for copy and paste.

- You can create a custom meal from a list of selected food items.

- Create your own Favorites group in the Food Database and add your own food items or place your custom meals in your Favorites group.

- Improved ease-of-use when logging food and exercise items. Minimizes the number of taps while editing.

- Fixed all reported bugs.
