People live within three biorhythm cycles since their birth: physical, emotional and intellectual
ones. This fact does not depend on race, nationality of a person or any other factor.

Physical cycle (23 days) influences person's energy, strength, stamina and coordination of
movements. Emotional cycle (28 days) relates to the nervous system and mood. Intellectual
cycle (33 days) influences creativity. Each biorhythm cycle consists of two half-cycles: positive
and negative ones.
