The most complete and easy to use coach for running with your iPhone 3G or 3GS while listening to your music.

321Run is your iPhone coach. With it you'll run longer and faster, whatever your level. Trainings are provided for beginners, intermediate runners and even experts.

321Run records your runs using the GPS from your iPhone 3G and monitors your progress. You can then review your runs and see your performances.

What you can track:
- speed
- duration
- distance
- calories spent
- average speed
- track on a map

321Run helps you run by monitoring your goals : set yourself a distance or duration goal, and your coach will tell you your progress, each km or each mile, every 5 minutes.
The custom trainings will allow you to have precise directions from your coach when you need to run, walk, run fast, etc.

During the run, you may press the screen to know your progress : how long and how far you are, what's left. Or you can switch it off to conserve battery.

As soon as you finish running, a tweet can be sent to announce the distance you ran (You need a Twitter account and to run more than 1km).

When you are finished, show you stats on your iPhone's main screen or check them on your performance screen.
You can also export them by email, to trailrunner or to trailmapping.com.

I strongly advise you to use an armband or put the iPhone in a top pocket.
This app is fully accessible using VoiceOver on a 3GS iPhone.
A free version allows you to test the app to see if you like it and it fits your needs.

PLEASE use the support email if you have any issue. I don't want bugs or quirks in the app and this is the only way for me to get in touch with you.

What's new

Version 1.2 is full of training updates: now you know what training session you've already done. And you have the full diet for the 'lose weight' program. You can also choose a custom duration or distance for your training. Plus I've added Three plans : marathon, based on distance, from 20 minutes to 1 hour, and short runs.

It also contains many small bug corrections: date changes, display of rythm as well as speed, no risk of double starting a run, Settings have been moved out of the way in the Settings app. And if you've been interrupted, you can now go back to a run, and press the upper action button to continue it.

Version 1.2.1 corrected a bug happening on 1.2 when reviewing runs. This bug
