Word Reels

The software adds random 3, 4 or 5 letter words to reels and then randomly rearranges the letters. You must then remove as many letters from the reels as you can by arranging them to form words.

Bonus points are awarded if you can remember the words the software generated, and further points are awarded if you can remember the correct order. If you cannot remember all of the words that were added, you can make any other proper words to remove letters from the reels, but if you end up with letters on the reels and unable to make further words you lose points.

The game uses a dictionary of over 1000 three letter words, over 4000 four letter words and 8900 five letter words.

The game keeps track of high scores and can display a list of all words that can be made using the letters on a reel. Includes a link to an online dictionary to lookup the meaning of words in the list.
