The sentence has been passed, now you must bring order to a world of chaos. Start with a small, low security prison and build it into a high-security facility. There’s no escaping under your watchful eye because you’re in charge of every detail of prison life.
You are in control. You will construct and run an efficient rehabilitation facility with nothing but money on your mind. Make sure the prisoners have just enough of what they need to keep them happy. Any trouble and the riot squad will be there to sort it out!

• DIVERSION OR DISORDER Give your inmates a place to blow off some steam or pay the consequences. Add rec areas, gym equipment and work stations to keep your prisoners from becoming depressed and violent.
• BIG CROOKS, BIG PROBLEMS. Varying difficulty levels will challenge the way you run your prison from easy inmates to the most hardened of criminals
• TOUGH OR TIMID? - Find out if you’re the big boss or a big bust as you grow and control your prison compound, will you rule with an iron fist or exercise restraint? It’s your prison, you be the judge.
