This update in one sentence: Poker Quiz supports now Texas Hold'em AND Omaha questions.

The complete story: In a review "Mistafisha" suggested to rename this app to "Hold 'em Quiz" since it only pertains to Hold 'em. That was a good idea. But as we didn't want to rename this app we found another solution by supporting now Texas Hold'em and Omaha questions.

But this update comes also with some other helpful features like the card highlighting for questions of type "Select the hand category".
