Croeso! Welcome to my kitchen and to the first app celebrating Welsh food and Welsh food products. This app is designed for real cooks with real kitchens and budgets and focuses on both traditional and contemporary recipes that use Welsh produce. There are recipes for vegetarians as well as meat eaters dispelling the myth that there aren’t enough Welsh recipes catering for non meat eaters. All the recipes are family favourites and can be reproduced no matter where you are in the world – even if you can’t get hold of the Welsh produce that are part of my weekly shopping list. Included on the app are the famous laverbread and Welsh cakes sitting alongside violet petal vinegar and lavender butter, recipes to take you from breakfast all the way through to desserts. I’ve also added a link to the Facebook web pages for my Welsh Kitchen so you can add your own Welsh family favourites. Enjoy.
