Sora was created by a Japanese-born culinarian and an Italian-born restaurateur, who met in San Diego and shared their vision to bring the best foods from their respective cultures together to create a Italian-Japanese Fusion restaurant experience.
Sora means “sky” in Japanese and Chef Teruya will utilize his thirteen years of experience at Nobu to tantalize your eyes and palate with his unique delicacies.
