Good Food Festive Recipes

We just updated our Festive Recipes app to include some brand new recipes in our Festive app.

Festive Recipes has been featured by Apple as New AND NOTEWORTHY, in the Holiday Cooking Apps collection and as a Staff Pick. Our original app, it's now part of a family of Good Food recipe apps: other iPhone apps include the HEALTHY RECIPES app, the CAKE RECIPES and QUICK RECIPES apps. For the iPad we’ve also got the Healthy Recipes and Quick iPad apps and the BBC Good Food magazine iPad app.*

Overwhelmed by recipes? Can’t decide what to cook?

We’ll make your festive feasting super-simple this year – with our foolproof collection of over 180 triple-tested recipes to take you through Christmas and New Year. There’s something for every course, plus drinks and canapés and a diverse selection of vegetarian options.

All recipes have clear instructions and a stunning photograph to help you get the best results.

Our selection of videos will help you improve basic skills, like chopping an onion and making mayonnaise. There’s even a video for chocolate truffles, for that last-minute gift. We’ll also show you how to choose and prepare 12 of the most seasonal and luxurious ingredients available to enjoy at this time of year – from pomegranates to lobster.

Finally, there’s a turkey timer – with essential cooking tips to help you roast your bird to perfection.
