Christmas Menu Maker from Fine Cooking
From the publishers of the Thanksgiving Menu Maker, with over 40,000 downloads, comes Fine Cooking’s new Christmas Dinner Menu Maker app, where you build the menu and leave the shopping list and scheduling to us.
Featuring our all-time favorite Christmas recipes—beef tenderloin, baked ham, roast turkey, and hearty baked pastas—our easy-to-use app lets you customize the meal to suit your family’s traditions: from casual open house-style dishes that will feed a crowd to wow-inducing recipes for more formal celebrations.
PLUS: get an interactive shopping list and a personalized schedule—all based on your menu.
Our Menu Maker is super simple to use. Recipes are divided into four courses: Starters, Main Dishes, Sides, and Dessert. Recipe selection screens allow you to quickly see what’s available within each course. From super-simple dishes ready in minutes to pull-out-all-the-stops holiday projects (hello croquembouche), there are recipes to suit every style of celebrating.
And because all of the recipes are contained within the app, you can access the recipes without internet access.
Once you have created your menu, tap on the Shopping List to see what you need. Shop with your iPad in the cart to check off items as you go. Or email the list and print it out if you need to make notes or additions.
When you are ready to start cooking, tap Schedule for a handy timeline for what needs to be done when and how far ahead you can do it.
