Within this guide, you'll find the best restaurant choices and cafes across the borough. We haven't included every restaurant—just the best ones, and they've all been personally tested by the scouts. This is the perfect tool to help you navigate the area: You'll be able to see where you are, and pull up a map that showcases the best dining options near you. From there, you can see who each restaurant is best for, what to order, and what it'll cost you. The app will link you to the restaurant's phone number and website, and (in some cases) pull up the full menu. You'll also get driving directions and walking directions, too. Sherri Eisenberg is a former editor at Travel Holiday and Brides magazines, and is currently a contributing editor at Travel and Leisure. She has written for numerous other publications(including Condé Nast Traveler and The Los Angeles Times)and is also the author of "The Food Lovers' Guide to Brooklyn"(www.foodloversbrooklyn.com).

Christopher Wershoven is a graduate of Haverford College and Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. He is an attorney by day and an omnivore at all times—an offal-eater, a relisher of unusual proteins, and a lover of global cuisines.

Sunshine Flint is the managing editor of a yet-to-launch website, a contributing editor at BBC Travel, and the editor-at-large for The Luxury Channel.com. She has written for many publications, including The New York Times, The Times, Condé Nast Traveller, and Tatler.
