There are two things certain in this world; death and taxes.

Luckily, we've developed an app to help lessen the blow felt by the latter (we're working on the former, but it will be a long time in development).

Tax Tracker is designed to reside innocently on your iPhone until you make a tax deductible purchase--at that time, open up Tax Tracker, snap a picture of your receipt, enter a few details, and forget about it until tax time.

Now when you sit down to do your taxes (or discuss with your CPA), you will have a list with receipts of all of your tax deductible expenses!  No more hunting through file folders, shoeboxes, or credit card receipts--just pull out your iPhone!  Seriously, when don't you have it with you?

In addition to storing receipts, Tax Tracker can also store trips!  Simply enter the total trip distance, and any other information (was it your personal car or a rental?).  There is even a space for start and end odometer readings.  Now you can easily keep your deductible mileage in the same app as your expenses.

Upcoming releases will include the option of storing in the cloud so that your CPA can view remotely (with your permission of course), GPS trip tracking, ability to add receipts from email, and other features.

With Tax Tracker you can:
