- Save settings for default mortgage rate and term.

- Automatically calculates mortgage and monthly costs.

- Compare costs for asking and offer prices.

- Add pictures from your photo library or camera.

- Add contacts from your address book or create new contacts.

- View property location on a map.

- Rate each property from 1 to 5 stars.

- Custom fields can be used to store additional information.

- Email a csv of your data that you can open in Excel and other programs.

- Supports both US and International terms.

This is an app that I made for myself to keep track of properties as I looked for a new home. It is not a real estate listings service.
