myPayment calculates the monthly payment for a property with a fixed-rate mortgage using the purchase price, down payment (either a flat amount or a percentage of the purchase price), the interest rate and the loan term.

Unlike other payment calculators, myPayment takes into consideration additional costs of owning property (such as property taxes, homeowner's insurance, private mortgage insurance (PMI) and homeowners' association dues) to display an accurate representation of the monthly payment to own real estate.

This tool is great for real estate agents and anyone interested in buying or selling property.
