This app measures your home's Energy Cost for FREE! It takes just seconds. You need only to tap the start/stop button and let Meter Timer Lite do the rest.
Meter Timer Lite calculates the following, based on the time it takes your meter's silver disk to rotate:
- Watts (based on Meter Constant of 7.2Kh)
- Forecast of the KWHs used and the Cost:
Per Hour, Per Day, Per Month, and Per Year!
This app can measure the energy use of running appliances, and even help find sources of energy waste in your home. Just turn everything off, and see how much your house is using - then start unplugging and slow that meter down! See how much you are saving, instantly.
Note: Meter Timer PRO allows customizing Meter Constant (not required for most US meters) and cost per KWH. The Lite version calculates electrical cost at a fixed 0.15 per KWH.
