Cashboard is an easy to use estimate, invoice, and time tracking software that helps your clients stay in the loop.
Look like a pro: sending branded, fully customized pdf invoices and estimates.
Cashboard saves you time, frees up your attention and gets you paid faster.
USING ICASHBOARD TIMER:
Entering your time is simple and fast.
o Touch the [Play] button and the clock will start ticking.
- Shutdown the app: and off to work...
- When you are done: start the app.
o Touch the [Log Time] button.
o Select the client, project and task you want to log your time for.
o Enter any notes.
o Touch the [Add Time Entry] button.
Your time is sent directly into your Cashboard account - where you can view reports, generate beautiful, fully branded invoices and send them to clients (plus a lot more)!
NEED TO ENTER TIME MANUALLY?
We know sometimes you need to enter time after your task is completed.
You can modify your time or put in your own hours instead of having the widget track them for you. Just touch the time display and type in your time.
WORKING ON A LOT OF TASKS AT ONCE?
Just keep your focus - the timer will remember the most recent tasks so you can select them quickly - and stay in the zone...
